Fuzzy’s Pizza Katy (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through the Fuzzy’s Pizza Katy iOS app and how we use that information.

What this covers

This policy applies to the native app. Parts of the app display web pages (e.g., online ordering and weekly pages) from order.online and fuzzys.pizza. Any information you provide on those web pages is governed by the respective websites’ privacy policies.

Information we collect in the app

We keep collection to a minimum:

• Device push token (FCM/APNs token): a random identifier that lets us send push notifications to your device.

• Notification preference: whether you allowed or denied notifications in iOS.

• Optional topics: if we subscribe your device to topics like “fridays” or “games,” we store that topic membership with the push token.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, payment details, precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers. We do not use analytics or crash reporting in the app, and we do not show ads.

How we use information

• Deliver notifications you opt into (e.g., Fuzzy’s Friday drops, updates, or game schedules).

• Operate and secure the app (fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and service reliability).

Legal bases (EU/UK users)

• Consent for notifications.

• Legitimate interests to operate and secure the app.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use service providers only to deliver functionality:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to deliver push notifications.

These providers process data on our behalf under their terms.

Data retention

• Push tokens and topic subscriptions are kept as long as your device remains active with the app or until you withdraw permission. Tokens may automatically expire when you uninstall the app, reset the device, or iOS rotates the token.

Your choices

• Notifications: you can turn notifications on/off at any time in iOS Settings › Notifications › Fuzzy’s Pizza Katy.

• Unsubscribe from topics: contact us and we can remove your device from topic lists; you can also turn off notifications entirely.

• Uninstall: removing the app stops all collection and notifications on that device.

Children’s privacy

Our app is family-friendly, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures and rely on Apple’s and Firebase’s secure transport (HTTPS/TLS) for network traffic. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States or other countries. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
